The bed proved really comfortable, which i appreciated after a long day. i also liked that there was a fridge in the room. It was useful for keeping my drinks cold. the location was surprisingly quiet, awesome for a relaxing night.
I noticed a distinct odor throughout the entire building. It smelled strongly of curry. it was a bit overpowering and definitely detracted from the overall experience.

i found the location very convenient. the price of the accommodation was quite reasonable, and i considered it a good value!
the stairs were rather high, and i found them a bit difficult to manage! the toilet felt quite small, almost like it belonged in a child's school.

The arrival process lacked any personal touch. i had to call to get someone, since no one was at reception. the key fob didn't work correctly. It took three calls to get help. a person came to assist, but communication was difficult. i also found that the provided coffee and tea had no milk. there was no explanation as to why.
